The beer was good for 1 star. The food was cheap but that was reflected in the quality. The fries like MC donalds, the fried fish (Eigl was ordered a salmon fillet and no pollack but it doesn't matter) convincing product, the breadcrumbs around the Camembert rock hard, the medium ordered rump steak was very close to the sole of the shoe, the seasoning was extremely paprika-like. Definitely the first and last visit.

I visit Kulmbach once a year and a meal at Gründla has been part of my life for years. Great food and very good beer.

Very good. Have been here for lunch during lunch break. Food was delicious no long waiting times. Price performance excellent. That's the way it has to be. Too bad that I rarely have to work here otherwise I would be a regular guest.
